StudioOS application and Google user data

Kid Neon operates StudioOS, a studio-management application. Where a StudioOS user chooses to connect their Google account, StudioOS requests read-only access to Google Calendar for the sole purpose of displaying that user’s own meetings and schedule within their StudioOS dashboard.

StudioOS’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: calendar data is used only to provide the scheduling features visible to that user; it is never used for advertising, never sold, and never transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide the feature or as required by law. Event data is stored securely on infrastructure controlled by Kid Neon for display and synchronisation purposes only.

You may revoke StudioOS’s access to your Google account at any time via Google security settings, and may request deletion of any stored calendar data by contacting us at the email below.
