Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Most items are made to order in our workshop and will say on item description.
Production time
Please allow 2–3 weeks for us to build, finish and pack your item before it leaves the workshop.
Each piece is made individually and finished by hand.
If an item is already in stock, we’ll ship it faster (usually within 3–5 business days).
Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Regional and remote areas may take a little longer.
Shipping cost
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Order updates
You’ll receive:
- an order confirmation email
- a shipping confirmation email when it leaves the workshop
- tracking details (where available)
If you need something urgently, email us — we’ll do our best.
Returns
We don’t accept change-of-mind returns, and items must be unused to be eligible for a return.
Once a product has been used (for food preparation or serving), it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we’ll replace it or refund you.
You have 30 days from receiving your order to contact us if there’s an issue.
How to request a return

Include:
- your name
- order number
- photos of the issue
We’ll reply with return instructions.
Non-returnable items
- used items
- custom or personalised products (including engraving)
- opened consumables (e.g. board butter, care oils)
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm the issue, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time.
Return shipping
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping or offer another solution.
Do not send items back without contacting us first.
