By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Orders
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy the items in your cart.
We may need to decline or cancel an order if something isn’t right (stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, etc.).
If that happens, we’ll let you know and refund you.
2. Made-to-order items
Most items are made to order. Production takes 2–3 weeks before the order is dispatched.
This timing may change based on workshop load or material availability — if there’s any delay, we’ll let you know.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).
Payment is taken at checkout using the methods provided (e.g. cards, PayPal).
If there’s a pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you.
4. Shipping
We ship Australia-wide.
- Production time: 2–3 weeks (made-to-order)
- Dispatch time (in-stock): 3–5 business days
- Delivery time: 5–10 business days

5. Returns & Refunds
We don’t accept change-of-mind returns, and items must be unused to be eligible for return.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we’ll replace it or refund you.
You have 30 days from receiving your order to contact us.

6. Custom items
Custom or personalised items (including engraving) can’t be returned or refunded unless faulty.
7. Accuracy of information
We use real photos and descriptions, but natural timber varies in grain, colour and pattern.
Small differences are normal and part of the product.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy.
We only use your information to process orders and stay in touch if you subscribe.

9. Intellectual property
All images, designs and text on this website belong to {Business Name}.
Please don’t use our content without permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by Australian law, {Business Name} isn’t responsible for any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
